Refund & Cancellation
You may cancel your policy for a refund if you’ve purchased a policy directly from GINA, at a refundable rate. Customers can request a refund via WhatsApp or email (email@example.com). All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. GINA reserves the right to conduct an investigation and the duration of refund may vary for refund requests, if approved and paid. All refunds are at the discretion of the insurer, and a refund status notification will be sent to the customer via GINA.sg WhatsApp.
The refundable rate is based on the policy issued to the policyholder upon purchase. The refund will be credited to the credit/debit card used to purchase the policy. In some instances, a cancellation/refund fee may apply. To qualify for a refund, you must cancel your policy within the deadline stated on your policy.
