What is GINA.sg?

GINA.sg is Singapore's No.1 WhatsApp Insurance Broker licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). It provides direct insurance broking services for consumers in Singapore through its AI-powered Chatbot called GINA. GINA helps Singapore consumers fight inflation by offering the lowest premium in the market on the same insurance product, in short, you pay less for the same coverage!
Is GINA legitimate and safe to use?

100%! GINA is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). You can view our MAS license here! GINA partners with leading insurance companies including Allianz, Etiqa, FWD, Great Eastern General, Liberty Mutual and MSIG to bring you insurance products with the lowest premium. Note: GINA.sg is a property of Pand.ai Pte Ltd.
Why are you able to offer such low premium?

We are able to offer lower premium on the same product because I spend very little on marketing, and these savings are then passed on to you in the form of lower premium. Win-win ✌️✌️✌️
How do I file a claim?

If you have bought an insurance policy via GINA, you can file a claim either directly with the insurance company that you bought your policy from, or activate the personal concierge service on GINA to let us help you handle your claim application.
Is there any incentive for me to invite my friends to join GINA?

There are a number of incentives for you to invite your friends to join GINA (before 31 December 2023): 1. You will get a 5% of the premium if they purchase any insurance policy (now or in the future) from GINA; 2. Your friends will get a S$5 voucher as a welcome gift when they join GINA; 3. You will become super popular 😄
Who are your insurance partners?

We are currently working with Allianz, Etiqa, FWD, Great Eastern General, Liberty Mutual and MSIG. We are looking to onboard more insurance companies in the coming months.
How do I invite my friends to join GINA.sg?

All existing GINA members can generate their own unique invite links from the Chatbot. You can then share your own unique link with friends via WhatsApp so that they can start chatting with GINA.
